Return and Refund Policy

Return Deadline

You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unworn and undamaged
  • It must be returned in the original packaging
  • The labels must still be attached
  • The product must be in resalable condition

Return Registration

  • Register the return in writing via e-mail to info@bellaboutique.it
  • After registration you will receive the return form and instructions
  • The package must be shipped with a tracking code (Track & Trace)
  • Without a valid tracking code we cannot process the refund
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method
  • Always keep the shipping proof

Important Note

It is not possible to deliver packages personally to a courier or address. Returns not registered in advance will not be processed.

Return Procedure in 6 Steps

  1. Contact our customer service via e-mail at info@bellaboutique.it, indicating your name, order number, and reason for the return. In case of damage or defects, attach photos.
  2. Receive the return form via e-mail from our customer service.
  3. Create a shipping label with the address indicated on the form.
  4. Carefully pack the item together with the completed return form.
  5. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
  6. Send the shipping proof with the tracking code in response to the return registration e-mail. After confirming delivery, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
